Another video related to AuDHD that was just posted today. I relate to pretty much everything in this post. She talks about recognizing the difference between traits that are caused by trauma and those that are caused by AuDHD. This in particular I am finding helpful, as I have been trying to sort out for months what might be trauma related and what, if anything, is truly from AuDHD. Realizing that I have always been this way, even at a very young age, is a huge step forward for me.
